HR Supervisor (SPV HR) - Mining Site - Konawe Utara

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of HR staff, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disputes, to maintain a positive work environment.
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
• Collaborate with site management to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Experience in managing HR operations in a mining or industrial environment is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and remote setting.
