As Head of Import, Logistics & Wholesale Distribution, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our import and distribution operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our retail partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all import and distribution operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize the supply chain and ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the import and distribution processes.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the import and distribution processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics partners, and retail partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in import and logistics management, with a proven track record in optimizing supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle, and experience in using these systems to manage inventory and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
• Familiarity with the beauty industry and understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in the market.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
