📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement multimedia solutions for events, including lighting, sound, and projection systems.
- Create and manage decor concepts that align with event themes and client requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and coordinate all event materials and equipment.
- Ensure the smooth execution of event setups and breakdowns, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during events.
- Maintain and update event production records and documentation.
- Provide creative input and solutions to enhance the overall event experience.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event production, multimedia, or decor.
- Proficient in using event planning software such as Event Espresso, Cvent, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of multimedia tools and software like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with decor materials, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
