📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental management systems in accordance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards, including OSHA, ILO conventions, and local environmental regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with a strong background in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental management systems.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and develop insightful reports.
