📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop and implement technical writing standards and best practices,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing topics,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools and platforms, such as Confluence, Markdown, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Experience with Agile methodologies and software development processes is a plus
