  • Lead and mentor junior product managers and team members to ensure the successful delivery of our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Insurance and AI to ensure that our products remain competitive and innovative.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Insurance and AI sectors.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
