🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of capital markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.,Proven track record of delivering successful business analysis projects and driving strategic initiatives.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.,Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Fluency in English is required; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
