📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements for the positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates for the roles.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the HR field.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent for various positions.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
