📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
• Analyze training needs and design solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to identify development opportunities.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience with virtual training and remote learning methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
