📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals.
  • Ensure that the company's operations are cost-effective and profitable.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, is a plus.
