📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining patient records.
• Assisting with patient education and providing information about their health and treatments.
• Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhering to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Promoting a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Competence in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and local healthcare practices.
