Your daily tasks will involve analyzing production data, optimizing CNC machine programs, and ensuring seamless integration of CAx software into our manufacturing workflows.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing solutions using CAx software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, and NX.
- Optimize CNC machine programs to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on CAx and CNC optimization techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and implement relevant solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing applications engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAx software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or NX.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine optimization.
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
