📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, support, and performance reviews.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in inventory management and ordering processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.,Experience in sales and inventory management.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Familiarity with coffee and the retail industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
