📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Monitor branch financial performance and report to senior management.,Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving branch performance.,Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Experience in a similar role within a large, multinational company is a plus.
