📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in training and developing new staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
