PT Inovasi Ratu is looking for a talented and experienced Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and providing tax advice to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and a passion for accuracy and detail. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Karawang and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses,Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations,Provide tax advice and guidance to clients,Conduct tax audits and investigations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations,Collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported,Provide training and support to junior staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Proficiency in using tax software and accounting software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
