In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and gaps through assessments, surveys, and feedback from employees, managers, and stakeholders.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and classroom sessions.,Facilitate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to support employee development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of learning and development initiatives into the organization's operations.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role in a healthcare or corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
