As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in training and development programs,Manage payroll and benefits administration,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
