📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operation of the minimarket, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure product quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies.,Conduct regular audits and reviews to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.,Represent the commissary at events and functions to promote the brand and engage with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, merchandising, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a minimarket or similar retail operation.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to retail operations.
