Salon Tono Mart is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. We are a well-established salon chain with a strong presence in the Kuningan area, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about growing our business and helping us achieve our goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase our customer base, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our services meet the needs of our customers and that we are providing the best possible experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with potential customers and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the salon and beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
