📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations at our luxury villas in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance using our property management system (PMS).
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage guest communications and inquiries using our guest communication platform.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for villa amenities and supplies.
• Assist in event planning and coordination for special occasions and group bookings.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
