📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement food and beverage menus, considering customer preferences and seasonal availability.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting performance standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Ensure that all food and beverage service standards are met, and any issues are addressed promptly.,Participate in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and take direction from the Head Chef.,Familiarity with local and international culinary techniques and ingredients.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
