📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and overseeing the department's operations.,Support the implementation of departmental strategies and objectives.,Coordinate and supervise departmental activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of departmental reports and presentations.,Support the Department Head in managing departmental budgets and resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in a fast-paced, tech industry environment is a plus.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
