📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements to relevant authorities.,Monitor and manage cash flow and budgeting processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Provide financial advice and guidance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
