📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of provincial programs, ensuring alignment with government strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Monitor program performance, collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and best practices in program management.
• Represent the provincial government at various forums and events, advocating for the programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate program activities into broader government strategies.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in a government or non-profit setting.
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex programs, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with government regulations and policies, including those related to program management and community development.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
