📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and meeting minutes between Chinese and Indonesian with high accuracy.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings between Chinese and Indonesian stakeholders.
• Support the logistics team in preparing and distributing translated materials to clients and vendors.
• Maintain and update translation records and databases using relevant software.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
• Assist in the organization of events and meetings, including arranging venues and logistics.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Chinese and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in translation or bilingual assistance.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the logistics or distribution industry is a plus.
